MeVitae officially a Microsoft UK Partner after signing pledge

15 March 2021, Oxford, UK: MeVitae, the UK-based tech company, is proud to announce that it has partnered with Microsoft and signed the pledge, a commitment from all Microsoft partners to support the UK to reduce the skills gap and create new opportunities, where technology continues to have an impact.

MeVitae is known in the tech industry primarily for its Blind Recruitment Solution, which has been a game-changer in increasing diversity and inclusion in the workforce by using deep-tech to remove bias during an organisation’s recruitment process. Having recently been listed on the Microsoft Marketplace and being invited to be a key Diversity and Inclusion speaker at the 11th Partner Executive Summit, has strengthened its position in leading this change.

Microsoft has been working in the UK for almost 40 years and whilst it has transformed the way technology is used, it has also identified the widespread concern over individuals and organisations who are unable to adapt to these changes.

The pledge states that all partners have a collective responsibility to address five key areas by:

1. Offering digital skills training
2. Creating more digital apprenticeship opportunities
3. Increasing diversity in the UK tech industry
4. Developing AI ethically and responsibly
5. Reducing the carbon footprint.
