How our integration works

In Greenhouse, as soon as a candidate applies, we will redact their name and contact information in the ATS fields as well as making their documents  hidden.  Personal details/bias dataare only able to be seen by users with the correct level of permissions, we typically see these being the recruiters. This means that the candidates’ personal details cannot be seen by Hiring managers and those who will be making the decision on shortlisting candidates for interview. The redacted parameters are customisable in the MeVitae dashboard.

 Candidates’ details will be revealed at a stage that you can select, we typically see this happening after the shortlisted stage as from here onwards you will likely be interviewing the candidate and as such will be meeting the candidate.
